completion of the blending process, the selected beans enter our
gas-fired roasters where computerized controls monitor the
entire roasting cycle to ensure a perfect, steady temperature.
This carefully controlled procedure gives every single bean
thorough and special attention.
The roasted
batch then continues through a precision grinding process where
the beans are ground to an exacting texture that preserves their
inherent locked-in flavor.

Following
the grinding process, our coffee is packaged in specially
designed packets to guarantee freshness.
Our
quality control measures are elaborate and strict. We constantly
examine our coffee for color, moisture, content proper grind,
and above all - for taste.
We've
